Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was luxurious, spacious, and equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a rainforest shower, and a jacuzzi bathtub, making it feel like a true indulgence. The service was superb with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect right in the heart of Tenby, offering easy access to shops and restaurants, making exploration a breeze. However, there were minor issues with the key and some maintenance in the bathroom was needed. The dining experience was fantastic with generous servings and pleasant staff.
The hotel's location was fantastic, being right in the center of Tenby, making it easy to walk around town and down to the beaches. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag - while they were lush, there were some issues with cleanliness due to a water leak from the storms. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being helpful and friendly while others were not so much, except for the lovely lady who served breakfast. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some lovely meals but not the best compared to others. The noise from nearby food places could be a nuisance at night. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the lovely coastal town of Tenby, offering a convenient location to explore South West Wales. The rooms could use a little refresh with some scuffed paintwork and worn wooden tops, but they are spacious and equipped with modern facilities that have a personal touch. The service was very helpful and friendly, although there were some issues with the car park service. The central location provides easy access to the town and beaches, making it a clean and good value choice for your stay. The dining experience was average, taking a bit long for the food to arrive and not meeting high expectations. Overall, a decent hotel with a great location but with room for improvements.
